The Tyrant Philosophers Roleplaying Game features a rules system specially adapted by Morgan Davie (a|state second edition) from Malcolm Craig’s Cold City Hot War Second Edition. Trust, betrayal, hope and despair all meet in the backstreets of Ilmar. The game is designed to create tense stories of resistance at both a deeply personal and city-spanning political level.
